Welcome to Website 24h. By using our services, you agree to these terms. We believe in transparency, so here is the deal in plain English.

1. The Service

We design and build websites. The "24h" delivery time applies to our Basic package and begins after we have received all necessary content (text, images, logo) from you.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Payment: Full payment is required to start the project.
• Refunds: If we haven't started working, you get a 100% refund. If we have started but not finished, a partial refund may be discussed. Once the site is delivered, refunds are generally not offered due to the nature of digital work.

3. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own 100% of the website. We do not claim ownership of your design or content. You are free to move, edit, or delete it as you wish.

4. Revisions

We offer a revision period (typically 3-7 days depending on the package) after delivery to fix errors or make minor tweaks. Major structural changes or new features not in the original scope will be billed separately.

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you provide. Don't ask us to put illegal stuff on your site. We reserve the right to refuse service for projects involving illegal activities, hate speech, or malicious intent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We build high-quality sites, but we are not liable for any loss of business, profits, or data that may occur from the use of your website.
